6.7L Powerstroke Injector Testing

We test these injectors for electrical failures, nozzle leakage, excessive fuel return, full load, part load, light load, and pilot injection failures. When an injector fails we can perform a failure analysis by disassembling the failed injector for inspection of failed components. We can identify dirt, water, and metal contaminants to help the customer address the root cause of the failure avoiding damage of freshly installed injectors.
