7.3L Power Stroke (1994.5–2003)

• Camshaft Position Sensor (CPS) diagnosis and replacement
• Under Valve Cover Harness (UVCH) connector repair and replacement

• IPR valve and ICP sensor diagnosis and replacement

6.0L Power Stroke (2003.5–2007)

• Complete “Bulletproofing” packages (ARP head studs, oil cooler, EGR cooler)
• Engine oil cooler replacement or upgraded cooler installation
• EGR cooler replacement with upgraded cooler
• EGR valve cleaning and replacement
• Head gasket repair with ARP head studs
• FICM (Fuel Injection Control Module) testing and replacement
• Injector removal for bencg testing, failure analysis, and replacement
• Hard starting hot symptom diagnostics and repairs. Replace standpipes and dummy plugs (Late models)
• High Pressure Oil Pump (HPOP) repair or replacement
• STC fitting repair (2005–2007 models)
• Variable Geometry Turbo (VGT) diagnostic, repair, or replacement

6.4L Power Stroke (2008–2010)

• Radiator replacement
• Oil dilution diagnosis and corrective service
• EGR system service and cooler replacement
• DPF cleaning, diagnosis, and related regen system repair
• Compound turbocharger diagnosis, repair, or replacement
• Up-pipe replacement
• Fuel system diagnostics, failure analysis, and repairs
• Engine internal diagnosis (pistons, cylinders) when required

6.7L Power Stroke (2011–Present)

Fuel System Services

• Bosch CP4.2 high-pressure fuel pump diagnosis and replacement
• CP4 to S&S DCR conversion (preventive or after failure)
• Complete fuel system contamination cleanup with sonic wash or replacements (rails, injectors, lines, and tank)
• Fuel injector bench testing, failure analysis, and replacement.
  

Turbo & Air Intake Services

• Turbocharger diagnosis, bearing repair, or replacement (especially 2011–2014 with ball bearing overspeed)
• Cold-side intercooler pipe and boot replacement
• Charge air system inspection and repair
